MSP Fabrication - VM-1S AK Sling Plate

For those of you that want a sling on your AK47/Draco/AMD-65 pistol without having to butcher your trunnion, this is the answer. Months of testing and input from guys in the field went into developing this plate. This will also work with stocked rifles equip with pistol grips. May require some adjusting if your stock protrudes lower than the receiver. Please inspect and ask before you purchase.

Made from CNC cut 1/8" cold rolled US steel, heat treated to resist bending, shot peened and parkerized to match the AK47/Draco/AMD-65 pistol's factory finish and resists corrosion. Can be painted to custom match.

This is a shorter design to hug the receiver tighter and is lighter than the VM-1. Created for pistols but it has been tested on rifles as well. Test fit on pistol grip converted Siaga's, WASR and several versions with loose pistol grip nut stamped receivers. Installs in minutes and adds strength without sacrificing weight. Features 4 5/32" though holes if you choose to rivet or tack weld the plate to your receiver. Can be used to replace your existing reinforcement plate.

Also available for Yugo, billet receivers and under folders on a special order basis.

Features a heavy duty nylon 1" strap and quality welded 1" "D' ring. Tested to 225 lbs free hang. This allows true ambidextrous usage for multiple shooting positions. Provides great reverse pressure for pistols. Durable strap slide allows adjustment and removal of strap in case you would like to connect directly to your sling. Buy the original.
